What powers a session

Micro-matches

Curated rounds under 10 minutes. Jump in, score, and loop again without grind.

Modular HUD

Choose overlays, badges, and telemetry. Make an interface that fits each style.

Social Scoring

Friends list, public lobbies, and asymmetric rewards for teamwork and rivalry.

How it clicks

  1. Match entry: quick queue chooses balanced opponents via skill and session preference.
  2. Round loop: three objectives, progressive hazards, reward drops tuned for momentum.
  3. Progress: seasonal ladders reset with fresh modifiers; cosmetic shop runs time-limited items.

Design story

ArcadePulse began as a studio experiment: strip complexity, amplify feedback, and reward brief triumphs. Interfaces were crafted to surface information in one glance; color and motion signal risk and reward without noise. Community-driven rulesets emerged from playtests and now power weekly events.

Playful systems

  • Rotating modifiers
  • Non-destructive cosmetics
  • Accessible control presets for touch and controller
